BHS, Inc. introduces modular order picker attachments with customizable shelves, safety enhancements, and fast availability to improve warehouse productivity.

Currently, four product series are available. Modular Order Picker Carts are outfitted with heavy-duty casters, allowing them to double as pushcarts for ground-level inventory management. Modular Order Picker Platforms omit the casters, functioning solely as attachments for order picker trucks. Order Picker Furniture Carts and Order Picker Furniture Platforms are sized to fit the longer forks of furniture order picker trucks.

These BHS solutions are custom-sized to avoid any gaps or offsets between the platform and the truck's operator deck. This design innovation eliminates tripping hazards, an unacceptable safety risk sometimes associated with order picker truck attachments.

The biggest advantage of BHS Modular Order Picker Carts and Platforms, however, is their modularity itself. Users can adjust shelf spacing, remove shelves entirely, or add rails and guarding to create the ideal work platform. These bolt-on components are easy to attach or remove with standard workplace tools.

Modular design allows these carts and platforms to act like custom equipment, but without the delays associated with made-to-order solutions.
