CALGARY, AB, Sept. 24, 2026 /CNW/ -- In accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, Crown Capital Partners Inc. ("Crown" or the "Corporation") (TSXV: CRWN), a capital partner to entrepreneurs and growth businesses, announced the voting results from its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on September 24, 2026.

A total of 4,257,136 common shares, representing approximately 71.2% of the Corporation's issued and outstanding common shares, were voted in connection with the meeting. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forth. The votes for the election of directors are as follows:
