TORONTO, May 22, 2026 /CNW/ - The previously scheduled day of May 25, 2026 will not be used for the merits hearing in the above-named matter. The merits hearing will resume on May 27, 2026, and continue on May 28, June 1, 3, 4 and 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. on each day.
