QUÉBEC CITY, Sept. 3, 2026 /CNW/ -- Orchestro assurance et rentes collectives today announced its partnership with Ellipse Insurance and BCH Collectif.
This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in the evolution of the three organizations. It strengthens their collective ability to support employers across Québec through a more comprehensive offering tailored to their unique needs and realities.
The objective of this partnership is clear: to provide employers and their employees with a modern, people-centered, value-driven consulting experience. The name and brand identity of the new subsidiary will be unveiled in October.
The new leadership team will consist of Jean-Simon St-Laurent, Director of Operations at Orchestro, Jonathan Laverdière, Director of Finance at Orchestro, and Patrice Jean, President of Ellipse Insurance.
Suzanne Fortin, Founder and President of Orchestro, will continue her involvement within the organization as a partner while dedicating more of her time to her role as an advisor to the organizations she supports.
Clément St-Laurent, shareholder and Vice President, Business Development at Orchestro, will continue to lend his expertise to the organization as an independent business development advisor. In this capacity, he will contribute to the organization's continued growth while helping maintain strong and longstanding relationships with its partners.
In addition, Jonathan Bolduc, Director at Orchestro and Vice President of BCH Collectif, will join the Board of Directors of the new organization to support its growth, governance, and strategic direction.
