• Recognized as a recipient of a 2025 Nevada Mining Association Operator Safety Award in the Small Surface Operations category for the Ruby Hill Mine.
• Zero reportable water-related incidents.
• 64% of local procurement spending was directed to Nevada-based suppliers, demonstrating a commitment to local sourcing.
• One-third of management positions were held by women.
• Approximately $140,000 invested in communities across Northern Nevada through the Grants for Good program supporting local nonprofit organizations, scholarships for local students, and sponsorship of community events and initiatives.
• Jointly funded STEM education through partnerships with the Nevada Mining Association's Community Connections Committee, including a mobile STEM van reaching approximately 1,900 rural students.
